If these conditions are met, you will receive a refund of the product price.

What Is Not a Valid Reason for a Refund
- ❌ Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
- ❌ Individual intolerance to ingredients
- ❌ Incorrect or inconsistent use
- ❌ Change of mind
- ❌ Personal preference (texture, scent, feel, etc.)
Skincare results and skin tolerance vary between individuals. For this reason, allergic reactions or sensitivities are not considered a product failure and are not covered by the 60-day guarantee.
Returns of Unopened or Untouched Products
If you wish to return unopened, unused, or untouched products (for reasons unrelated to results):
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Refund applies to the product price only
