1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and services from Lunávé, a brand operated by Mikey Commerce Limited. By making a purchase, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Order and Agreement
2.1 Contract Formation
A purchase agreement is established when you have completed your order and we have sent an order confirmation to your email address. The order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your purchase offer.
2.2 Price Changes
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Final charges may vary slightly depending on exchange rates and your payment provider. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This does not affect orders already placed.
2.3 Product Information
We strive for all product information on our website to be accurate. If there are errors in product descriptions or prices, we reserve the right to correct these and notify you before delivery.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept several payment methods. Available payment options for your order are displayed at checkout and other places on our website.

Payment must be made in connection with the order. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is 5–10 business days from when your order leaves our warehouse. See our Shipping Policy for details.
4.2 Delivery Areas
We deliver to the Nordics, all EU member states and a number of countries outside the EU, as listed in our Shipping Policy. The available countries are shown at checkout.
4.3 Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the product to the address you specified. If you are not home during delivery and the product is returned to sender, additional shipping costs may apply.
4.4 Delayed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed more than 30 days from the specified delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to applicable consumer protection laws, calculated from the day you received the product.
5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. During this period, you can return the product for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
5.3 Return Process
To return a product:

• Provide order number and reason for return
• You will receive return instructions
• You pay for return shipping yourself
• Refund occurs within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
5.4 Condition of Returned Goods
The product should be in substantially the same condition as when you received it. We accept opened and tested products.
6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1 Right to Complain
You have the right to complain about product defects within two years of purchase according to applicable consumer protection laws.
6.2 How to Complain
Contact us at Lunaveskin@gmail.com as soon as you discover the defect. Describe the defect and attach pictures if possible.
6.3 Our Responsibility for Defects
In case of product defects, we can:

• Replace the product
• Give a price reduction
• Cancel the purchase and refund

Our liability is limited to the product’s purchase price to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages.

If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend that you contact your dermatologist before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from misuse or failure to review ingredients.

In case of dispute, this should primarily be resolved through negotiation. If this is not possible, EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable, or pursue claims in competent courts.

Consumers may contact their local consumer protection authority for guidance in disputes.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
