2. Order and Agreement

A purchase agreement is established when you have completed your order and we have sent an order confirmation to your email address. The order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your purchase offer.
2.2 Price Changes
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Final charges may vary slightly depending on exchange rates and your payment provider. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This does not affect orders already placed.

We strive for all product information on our website to be accurate. If there are errors in product descriptions or prices, we reserve the right to correct these and notify you before delivery.
3. Payment

We accept several payment methods. Available payment options for your order are displayed at checkout and other places on our website.

Payment must be made in connection with the order. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is 5–12 business days within Europe. Delivery time is calculated from when the order left our warehouse.

We currently deliver to the countries available at checkout.
4.3 Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the product to the address you specified. If you are not home during delivery and the product is returned to sender, additional shipping costs may apply.
4.4 Delayed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed more than 30 days from the specified delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to applicable consumer protection laws, calculated from the day you received the product.
5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. During this period, you can return the product for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
5.3 Return Process
To return a product:

• You will receive return instructions
• You pay for return shipping yourself
• Refund occurs within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
5.4 Condition of Returned Goods
The product should be in substantially the same condition as when you received it. We accept opened and tested products.
6. Complaints and Warranty

You have the right to complain about product defects within two years of purchase according to applicable consumer protection laws.
