Delivery information

Delivery time: 5–10 business days from when your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping cost: Free on all orders, to every country we ship to.

Every order is packed by hand and checked before it leaves us.

We ship to the Nordics, the EU, and a number of countries outside the EU:

Nordics: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland
EU: all member states
Outside the EU: United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, United Arab Emirates

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.

Deliveries can occasionally take longer than expected because of public holidays, severe weather, or delays at the carrier.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email us and we'll track it down.
